All orders will be shipped
by the best available means at our sole discretion unless specifically agreed in
writing. For lighter products such as welding helmets this typically means Australia
Post (street address and contact telephone number is required), for heavier
items we usually use Toll. If you have your own account with a shipper we are
also happy to use that and then will not charge you for shipping. Call customer

Please
note that we do not normally supply discplay boxes with welding helmets as they
can usually be shipped more easily and conveniently in an Australia Post airbag.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are

during busy periods and we may have to call you back. Merchandise can be
returned or exchanged within 14-days of receipt. If you need to return anything
please obtain a returns authorization number before
returning the goods. Returns must be unused unless otherwise
agreed and in as new condition. We are proud of our high levels of customer
satisfaction and very low returns rate and we really want and need to know if
there is something that is wrong so please help us by making direct contact
as soon as possible.
In the event that you do
have to return something please (for your protection), insure the package at
full value, no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted and shipping charges are non-refundable.
